Turning emerging technology into measurable enterprise value.
I work at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise data governance — designing the architecture, governance, and operating models that let large organizations put emerging technology to work responsibly and at scale.
A recognized thought leader in data governance, data management, data quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and data privacy, I contribute to knowledge development, go-to-market strategy, and capability building across these disciplines.
As a hands-on practitioner, I design and prototype AI agent solutions and agentic workflows using Claude Code to demonstrate future-state operating models for large enterprises — pairing executive-level communication with a rigorous, framework-driven analytical approach to deliver high-impact outcomes in complex, matrixed environments.

Professional Experience
- Technical Lead, Enterprise Architecture for a multi-billion-dollar aerospace & defense OEM start-up — owning the Data & AI Strategy across conceptual, reference, systems, and technical architecture, technology selection, and end-to-end process integration. Drove AI activation through prioritized use cases spanning model selection, MCP, cost controls, AI governance & FinOps, and RAG.
- Co-author, Enterprise AI Reference Architecture Runbook — a development guide for standing up enterprise AI systems, agents, and workflows, covering best practices, architecture and technology embeddings, cost and quality, AI governance, and the full lifecycle of AI activation.
- Workstream Lead, Data Governance & Operations for a multibillion-dollar U.S. financial firm — designing future-state capabilities via AI-based agent solutions, and building functional agentic-workflow prototypes in Claude Code to demonstrate operating models to executive stakeholders.
- Data Governance & Privacy Lead, National Basketball Association (NBA) — operationalizing the Privacy & Data Governance program, including the Data Governance Handbook, business/domain collaboration processes, DQ framework, and change management that produced significant efficiency savings.
- Directed a Data Quality Profiling exercise across the NBA’s 75 Critical Data Elements using SQL analysis across six quality dimensions, producing aggregate scores and actionable recommendations.
- Data Governance & MDM Lead for a top global medical-device manufacturer (Finance & Supply Chain domains) and Enterprise Data Steward for a leading restaurant conglomerate (Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic).
- Built an enterprise Collibra Data Catalog for a $10M California DOT opportunity — operating model, business glossaries, source registration, traceability, AI-driven recommendation workflows, KPI catalogs, and policy inventory.
- Lead facilitator of the Provider Data Domain Governance Working Group; built the Provider Enterprise Business Glossary with partners across lines of business.
- Authored requirements and business rules supporting MDM through Reltio, and advised the Commercial Medical line of business on governance rules, policies, and standards.
- Vice Chair of the Data Governance Council; proposed and implemented a Data Governance framework and program across a large AWS cloud-based company.
- Introduced policies for access management, data deletion, storage mapping, tagging, and glossary standards — with data-security procedures aligned to HIPAA and NIST, developed alongside the CSO.
- Led the Collibra DGC implementation and served as lead trainer for data owners and stewards; built Tableau reporting and SQL validation. Program targeted $750K in savings over five years.
- Built the reporting structure for Quality Management of HARP, a new managed-care product for behavioral-health populations, with KPIs derived from HEDIS specifications.
- Ran clinical studies on re-admissions, opioid dependence, smoking cessation, and depression screening; authored QM/UM reporting presented monthly to the quality-management committee.
- Reported directly to the CEO and CAO on strategy, clinical data reporting, quality improvement, and financial analysis.
- Led the organization-wide “Databook” — a 200-page performance analysis spanning re-hospitalization, length of stay, disease prevalence, and patient experience — and conducted patient-by-patient costing analysis.
- Universal Health Foundation of CT — Contract Research Analyst: authored a study on hospital-network consolidation that informed advocacy against several Tenet Healthcare acquisitions later blocked by the state.
- Primary Care Development Corporation — Policy Research Fellow: capital-investment study for Federally Qualified Community Health Centers across 14 northeastern states.
